CMPL7ETSA

 

The CMPL7 ETSA side compactor is the latest evolution of the of CMPL vehicles with which OMB introduced, first in Italy and then in other countries, this technology applied to waste collection.


ETSA version has been designed to maximize the payload of the equipment, keeping the strength and reliability that have always characterized OMB compactors.


The proportional hydraulic system allows to combine speed, precision and movement fluidity, reducing mechanic stress on both the machine and the bins, limiting noise and energy consumption.


The improved electronic system compared to the previous models, represents the “state of the art” in waste collection field, providing high-tech features but at the same time an “user friendly” layout for an easy compactor use (functional-maintenancediagnostic).


OMB side loader series offers two, three and four axles version with specific solutions (Natural gas-Glass).

CWS B4

CWS B4 side loader main feature is that the body is not permanently fixed to the chassis structure. The container is interchangeable and it can be demounted and replaced with another one empty, thanks to the special device integrated in the CWS system.

This allows to use the compactor continuously, taking time only for the container changing. The container can be transported by means equipped with a standard hooklift equipment.

The system makes a separation between the collection phase and the transport one which it can be made in a different moment by using the same body.

So the CWS side loader allows to achieve high level of efficiency, optimizing the collection and the transport phase.

This system is suitable in case of long distance between the collection area and the waste destination, or in special touristic areas characterized by extreme variability of the service during the year.

RST container has been the leader in the market for twenty years and it is a functional and aesthetic reference in the stationary containers.

The shape as well as the safety, basic elements taking part of the original project, are appreciated in the world, as showed by the hundreds of pieces that have been selling since its market introduction.
The production process is our great element by which we can be distinguished to our competitors.

RST waste container body is made of three pieces only, whose the main are : two sides and an internal continuous band.

This is achieved by a production process by means of big presses that are able to get perfect edges through deep-drawing without any welds. In this way we can get a resistant and strength structure body container by limiting the number of welds made, as well and the oxidations risks.

RST containers are used to collect solid waste and selective waste collection.

SOLID WASTE COLLECTION CONTAINERS RST-RD

This container version corresponds to the RSU one, the lid is mechanically blocked and can be opened in case of emptying by side loader compactor.
The waste is conferred directly by means of specific openings of the container lid, based on the different kind of waste.
We can offer a large range of openings to suit any customer needs.

 

SUITABLE FOR MECHATRONIC DEVICES
Thanks to the development of new separate waste collection as well as systems based on “waste tariff collection” a new line of side loading containers is now introduced. Instead of a free full opening of
the lid, we have a turning/rotating semi-drums by an identification system working by a transponder badge.
Alternatively RST-ME container could be characterized by an “access control" : at first the half-lid is loosed by the user identification, by means a transponder badge; secondly by the pedal.
This container model can offer standard mechatronic customized solutions in order to avoid any structural or functional troubles.
